Trc20 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using the trc20 platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes your agreement to all provisions stated herein.
1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the trc20 platform — whether through the official website or mobile app — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all related policies, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines published by trc20.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of this platform. trc20 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
The trc20 platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above who are located in Malaysia. Use by anyone below the specified age limit is strictly prohibited, and trc20 reserves the right to close any account found to be in violation of this provision.
2. Account Registration and Security
To access the full features of the trc20 platform, you are required to register a personal account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
During registration, you may be required to submit identity verification documents such as a Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or a valid passport. This verification process is in place to protect your account and to comply with standard compliance procedures.
You are fully responsible for the security of your trc20 account username and password. trc20 recommends that you:
- Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
- Notify therc20 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
- Log out of your account when using a shared device.
Trc20 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
As a trc20 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws in Malaysia. You are prohibited from:
- Using software, bots, automated scripts, or any tools designed to manipulate or exploit the platform's systems.
- Using another person's account or sharing an account for joint betting purposes.
- Exploiting technical errors, system failures, or obvious odds inaccuracies to gain an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering or suspicious financial activity through this platform.
- Making deposits or withdrawals using a payment method that does not belong to you.
- Uploading or transmitting any content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or that infringes on the rights of third parties.
Trc20 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of violating these rules. If a violation is confirmed, trc20 may take appropriate action, including account suspension, account closure, or forfeiture of balances associated with the prohibited activity.
4. Payment and Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the trc20 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Payment methods available to Malaysian users include TNG eWallet, FPX, and internet banking via supported local banks. trc20 is not responsible for any additional charges that may be imposed by your financial institution.
Deposits are typically processed instantly once confirmed by the payment gateway. For withdrawals, processing times may vary depending on the method chosen and verification requirements. trc20 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts.
Users may not withdraw winings derived from bonuses or promotional credits until the specified minimum wagering requirements have been met. Full details of bonus terms are available on the relevant promotions page and in the FAQ platform.
Trc20 reserves the right to reject or delay any deposit or withdrawal request suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or a breach of the terms of use. If you have a dispute regarding a transaction, please contact the trc20 support team within 30 days of the transaction date.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
Trc20 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or be free from technical errors at all times. Service disruptions resulting from system maintenance, technical issues, or force majeure events will not form the basis for any claim for damages.
To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, trc20's total liability in respect of any user claim is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim. trc20 will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-opportunity damages.
Intellectual Property
All content on the trc20 platform — including designs, logos, graphics, text, software, and databases — is the property of trc20 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any such content without prior written permission from trc20.
Third-Party Links
The trc20 platform may provide links to third-party websites or services for users' convenience. trc20 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for any content or services they offer.
6. Account Policies, Changes to Terms, and Governing Law
Account Suspension and Closure
Trc20 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the account is involved in fraud, money laundering, breach of terms of use, or any other unlawful activity. In such cases, the account balance may be withheld while an investigation is carried out.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the trc20 support team via email at [email protected]. Any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal once all relevant verification requirements and procedures have been completed.
Changes to These Terms
Trc20 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Users are encouraged to check this page from time to time. Where changes are material, trc20 will endeavour to notify users through available communication channels.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the trc20 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be referred to the relevant courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
